The Crafty Historian

Sit back and enjoy a cup of tea while you listen to a talk on the history of tea and tea drinking in nineteenth-century Ulster. Be transported back in time as you discover how much tea was imported into Belfast, what types of tea were purchased, how much tea cost to buy and be surprised at who was fond of a cup of tea. Sampling of a variety of black and green teas will form part of the proceedings.
